About the Authors
Aline Davies, founder of Sincerely Aline, is a passionate home chef, recipe developer, cooking instructor, certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (Institute for Integrative Nutrition®), and strategic marketing communications consultant. Aline grew up in Hong Kong and currently based there with her family.
Beth Wright, founder of B-FIT the Wright Way, is a functional medicine health coach, nutritionist and trainer with over 25 years of expertise in health and nutrition. Her wellness philosophy is deeply rooted in science and tailored to each individual. She helps her clients to understand their bodies and their hormones to create nutrition and lifestyle plans that work for them to be their best selves. Beth grew up in the United Kingdom and is currently based in Hong Kong.
