I absolutely love and highly recommend Happy Hormones! After struggling with IVF, dietary changes helped me finally succeed, and this book confirmed why. So many of the hormone-balancing foods I ate were key ingredients in their recipes! It’s a must-read for women at any stage (fertility, pregnancy, menopause etc), with over 60 easy and delicious recipes, blending Asian and Western flavors. I only wish I’d found it sooner, it would have saved me so much time, money and heartache!

This recipe book inspired me to eat healthy and gave me a lot of options what to eat everyday. As a cancer patient I have to be careful on what I eat. This book is helpful for my diet. I also enjoyed trying different recipes. Thank you to my sister in law Jacque, who gave me this and for her good friend Aline ❤️

I have tried quite few recipes from the book and some of them have become a regular rotation for my lunches/dinners! I’m a huge fan especially of the roasted cabbage, tofu stir fries and tamarind cauliflower stew! Also, thank you so much for introducing me to dukkah – I now make it from scratch and sprinkle on everything! It’s delicious!
At the beginning of the year I became vegetarian and this book was a great way for me to try and experiment with plant based protein through balanced and nutritious meals. It introduced me to some exciting flavour combinations.
The recipes are easy to follow and I love the fact that each can be changed/ adjusted through ingredient swaps or add ons. After 6 months I started eating meat again but most of my meals are still plant forward and I keep coming back to some of the recipes again and again.
