About Sincerely Aline

Sincerely Aline initially began as a passion project. Cooking was a form of self expression for Aline and the platform was a creative outlet to document recipes she created. This grew to teaching cooking workshops, starting with dumplings, nutritious recipe creation and development for individuals and food brands, and creating mindfully produced, small-batch plant-based products. 

Sincerely Aline is a mission-driven company; advocating for healthy and sustainable food systems, with a goal to support individuals and communities to live healthy lives. We believe everyone should have access to delicious and healthy food, and we want to be part of positive, sustainable change to help transform how people consume and think about food. 

Aline Davies is a self taught home chef, recipe developer, cooking instructor and strategic marketing communications consultant. 

Aline started Sincerely Aline as a passion project in 2019 out of her love of all things food and wanting to share simple, comforting and healthy recipes. She is passionate about feeding people, eating well, and feeling well. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Aline grew up around a family of food enthusiasts and the recipes she creates are heavily inspired and influenced by her upbringing and by the individuals who raised her. Being half Chinese and half English her food is a fusion of Asian and Western culture, ingredients and flavours. 

Aline loves the idea of educating on how to incorporate a more plant-forward approach as a foundation to eating. She has a flexible philosophy in her approach to food and her recipes can be adapted and modified to suit each individual’s different needs. Her own diet is not restrictive and she follows what her body needs best, and follows a multi-dimensional approach to wellness. 

She is currently taking the Health Coach Training Programme (Nov 2023- Nov 2024) at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition
